Information we collect

When you request a management quote, we collect the contact and property-management inquiry details you choose to provide. When you submit a rental pre-screening application, we collect household details and the contact, residence, employment, and income information entered for each adult applicant.

The website application does not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver’s-license numbers, bank information, payment-card details, credit reports, background reports, or uploaded income documents. Please do not enter those items in any open-text field.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate preliminary rental interest, communicate about available rentals, verify information you authorize us to verify, prevent abuse, and administer the website. A pre-screening submission is not a final approval. Applicants who move forward may be invited to complete a separate formal screening through a third-party screening provider.

How information is delivered and stored

Form submissions are transmitted through our hosting and email-delivery providers and delivered to Pag’s Properties by email. The website does not maintain a separate applicant database. Copies may remain in our business mailbox and in limited provider logs or backups for operational, security, and legal purposes.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website, Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse, and Resend to deliver form emails. We also use Google Analytics to understand website use and Meta Pixel to measure advertising results and create advertising audiences. Analytics and advertising tools may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical information such as page views, device and browser details, approximate location, referring pages, and event labels for completed forms or contact-link clicks. Our custom event tracking does not intentionally send the contents of form fields to Google or Meta. These providers process information under their own privacy terms. If you proceed to formal screening, the selected screening provider will collect information directly from you under separate notices and authorizations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers working on our behalf, property owners for properties we manage when appropriate, and professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law, or address fraud or security concerns.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and pre-screening information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ordinary business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit the sensitive information requested by this site.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also choose not to use the online forms and contact us by phone or email.

Children

The forms are intended for adults. Do not submit an application as an adult applicant unless you are at least 18 years old.
